The 2026 Special Assessment of $840 per residence for the pool renovation was passed at the November 13, 2025 special meeting.
This assessment is past due.
Renovations will begin at the close of the 2026 pool season.
Payment Information:
- For any accounts that have not established a payment as of 3/30 are now past due and the late fee of $125 applies and your total due for the Special Assessment is $965.
- The payment options have been updated to reflect the late fee.
- If you are using the Open Amount, non-autopay payment plan, that link is also included below.
- If you are on an Autopay plan, those will continue as previously established.
Payment Options:
- Checks can be mailed to Castleton Estates Inc, PO Box 50093, Indianapolis IN, 46250.
- Please ensure you add your CEHOA Street address to the memo line.
- Most banks offer Bill Pay for free and can be set up for automated recurring transactions.
- Pay in 10 payments, Autopay
- Pay in Full
- Open Amount, not autopay
- Residents not current with their assessments will not have access to the Pool or Clubhouse.
- Any open balances not on a payment plan after December 15, 2026 will follow the CEHOA collection Policy found here: Collection Policy.
If you are experiencing a hardship and need to make other payment arrangements, you must contact the Treasurer by January 15th, 2026 to coordinate.
